Along with the release of Windows 10 fall creators update, Microsoft has announced the launch of surface book 2 which is the successor of surface book which Microsoft has launched two years back. It has been revealed by the company that the surface book 2 which doubles as a tablet is coming along with Intel’s eighth generation core i7 processor and is the most powerful surface device that the company has produced.
The company said that their managing integration of silicon and software in the more adhesive way has resulted in the formation of surface book 2. The company is also claiming that it is the most powerful in the sense of bringing up the next wave of computing, it is capable of handling most of your tasks in an efficient manner whether it is dappling with mixed reality or it is artificial intelligence or playing riveting games. Microsoft .also writes that it “empowers the designers, developers, artists, and scientists to imagine and build without limits and without compromises. To achieve more,” it is a hybrid laptop.

The surface book 2 is coming with two sizes first one with 13.5 inch and other 15-inch display. It has total seven variants with a different processor, RAM and screen sizes.

The 13.5-inch display has a screen resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels with an aspect ratio of 3:2. The 15-inch Display has a screen resolution of 3240 x 2160 pixels with the aspect ratio of 3:2. The company is also claiming 17-hours of battery life.
On graphics base the 13.5-inch display has Intel HD Graphics 620 integrated GPU, Intel UHD Graphics 620 integrated GPU, or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 discrete GPU w/2GB VRAM across their available SKUs. The 15-inch display has Intel UHD Graphics 620 integrated GPU or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 discrete GPU w/6GB VRAM.

The surface book has magnesium casing are available in silver color option. The price for 13.5-inch models starts from $1,499 and for 15-inch models is $2,499. The ordering of devices can be done by the public from November 9 in the United States and shipping will be starting from November 16.
